Anderson AmeriSpec is proud to offer limited home warranties to all of our customers, at no additional charge! Through the American Home Warranty Company, these warranties cover a wide variety of items in your home, including but not limited to the roof, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, various appliances, and much more.
The warranty offered provides coverage for 90 days from the date of the inspection. If the closing occurs after that 90, don't worry! The warranty will in that instance extend for a further 21 days after the closing date. In addition, we also offer a seller's home warranty, which provides coverage for either a period of 120 days from the date of the inspection or until the house sells, whichever occurs first.
Should the need arise to file a claim, not only does the warranty allow you to use anyone you prefer to perform the repairs, but there is absolutely no deductible!
