The purpose of this inspection is to provide you with information about the condition of the structure, roof, heating/cooling, electrical and plumbing systems within the home. The inspection will be performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the State of IL and American Society of Home Inspectors. The fee is reduced for this type of inspection and will not cover the room to room evaluation provided in the general whole house inspection. |
