General Home Inspection A general home inspection that includes over 400 items to be checked and inspected. We inspect the roof, gutters, flashings, exterior, foundations, windows, doors, electrical and plumbing. On the interior we inspect and report on the electrical system, plumbing, heating and cooling, foundations, basement, attic and garage.


Termite Inspection Our office offers termite inspections for buyers and sellers alike. We can do a termite inspection during the home inspection or if needed we can perform our termite inspection separately. Matthew and Hank have years of experience in the termite industry. Our expertise and opnions are given with our extensive background in the termite business. Matthew had nine years serving customers with a major cnational company and Hank had over 27 years with a major national termite company.


Radon Monitoring Our Continuous Radon Monitoring is state of the art and can be included with a whole home inspection.
