| Radon Test |
| Radon is an odorless, radioactive gas which may seep into the home through the foundation. It is the #2 cause of lung cancer in the United States - next only to cigarette smoking. Approximately 15-20% of homes in the Portland/Vancouver metro area have elevated levels of Radon gas. The only way to tell is to test. For this reason, we suggest that a radon test be conducted as part of a regular home inspection. |

| Water testing for wells and private water supplies is available. Testing for Arsenic, Bacteria or Nitrates is suggested. |
