Dave and Linda are the Owner's of the Mohave County, AZ AmeriSpec Home Inspection franchise territory and has been a professional home and property Inspector conducting more than 5,800 Buyer home inspection services and Seller pre-listing inspections of site built, manufactured, condominiums, townhouse homes and apartments, as well as light commercial buildings. In addition, Dave also is certified to inspect pools, spas and hot tubs and mold. Dave has completed over 400-hours of continuing education and has over 15-years of experience as Owner/Inspector of multiple AmeriSpec Inspection Service franchises in 3-states. Dave has been providing property inspections and real estate commercial services for Mohave County, Arizona since November of 2000 when the franchise was purchased. The Office Manager is Linda Doubrava, wife and co-owner, and Linda will quote real estate inspection pricing, answer many of your questions about an inspection, advise of our availability and schedule the inspection for you (whether you are the Customer or an Agent/Broker Realtor representing your Client).
Our fees are based upon the square footage of the home, amenities such as pool/spa, hot tub, extra garages and outbuildings.
