Jim Woodford
CEOJim Woodford is the CEO of AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service, Inc. He has owned and operated this AmeriSpec office since 1988. With over twenty three years of home inspection experience, Jim continues to perform inspections, while AmeriSpec Orange Coast has grown to nine certified inspectors and an office staff of four to ensure clients receive the very best in service. Jim personally trains each of his inspectors and oversees their continuing education. Each inspector has completed over eighty-hour classroom training and four to six months of apprentice in-field training before successfully passing rigorous testing for certification.

Justin Woodford
COOJustin Woodford is the COO of AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service, Inc. He has co-owned this AmeriSpec office since 2000. He also owns and operates AmeriSpec of Southern Nevada, LLC. and has for the last five years. With over fifteen years of home inspection experience, Justin continues to perform inspections. Justin helps personally trains each of the inspectors and assists in overseeing their continuing education.
With his inspection team performing over 300 inspections per month, Justin is dedicated to excellence and exceptional service.

Certified InspectorSteve started inspecting for AmeriSpec in 1993. He is one of our senior inspectors with over 10,000 inspections performed. Steve completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified AmeriSpec Inspector.
He remains current on building standards with training offered by AmeriSpec Inc. Steve worked for 14 years as a general, commercial and industrial contractor before becoming an AmeriSpec inspector. With his knowledge of the construction of a house, his services as a home inspector are very much in demand and he is a valued member of our team.
Ed Mullin
Certified InspectorWork Experience: Ed has been inspecting homes in the Southern California for AmeriSpec since 1988. He is our most senior inspector who has completed over 13,000 residential inspections.
With over 25 years in the inspection industry, he remains current on building standards with training offered by AmeriSpec Inc. Ed completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified AmeriSpec Inspector. With Ed’s attention to detail combined with his standard of excellence in client satisfaction, he is one of our most requested inspectors and is a natural for the home inspection industry.
Brian Callihan

Dario Salz
Certified InspectorDario was born and raised in Orange County, CA. Before getting into the home inspection industry, Dario was a finish carpenter for 15 years. He began his career with AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspections in 2008. Dario completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified AmeriSpec Inspector.
Now with over 4 years of home inspection experience and thousands of inspections preformed, he is dedicated to customer service. He remains current on building standards with training offered by AmeriSpec Inc.
OFFICE STAFF Connie Buser
Office Manager Connie Buser is the Office Manager for AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service, Inc. She has been in the home inspection industry since 1986. She worked at AmeriSpec Corporate office for 8 years, training new franchise owners on processing reports and office management. She starting working at AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service in 1997 and became Office Manager in 1998. She oversees an office staff of three as well as interacts with customers on a daily basis.
Felicia Nevarez
Editor/ProcessorFelicia Nevarez became a member of the AmeriSpec Orange Coast family in October 2008 as a Report Editor/Processor. She has a strong background in customer service, scheduling and detailed reporting. With her being cross-trained in many areas of the office, as well as her attention to detail, makes her a valued member of the staff and one of our best processors.
