We invite every one of our Customer's to attend the inspection (we print and deliver our reports in the exclusive AmeriSpec report binder on-site from our hand held computers so there is no waiting for our report or digital photographs). If you are not able to attend, we e-mail the reports the same evening and then send hard copies to the Customer's home or office. Our typical home inspection on properties under 2,000-sq. ft. take approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours, depending upon the conditions. Attendance can be benficial because you can hear and see first hand the conditions that will be in your report. You will also be shown where the main controls (gas, electric and water) are for your new home to save you time and frustration when you move in or in the case of emergency. Dave will also point out maintenance needs, procedures and explain how and when to check items that require periodic monitoring and maintenance. Prepare a list of questions or concerns you have about the property in advance to ensure that these matters will be properly addressed and your questions answered.

We also provide MOLD investigations, testing (pre-remediation and post-remediation) and detailed analytical reporting.
